Andres Gonzalez joined 13th Floor Investments in November of 2021 as an Assistant Project Manager.  Mr. Gonzalez' experience in developer-owner representation for high-rise projects ranges from luxury condominiums to workforce apartment rental buildings. Mr. Gonzalez graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's in Urban Design and an Associate's in Architecture.
