13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Adler Development, purchased a ground lease in August 2019 for the development of a transit-oriented mixed-use project. Motion at Dadeland, a 25-story building featuring 294 luxury Class "A" rental apartments, 266,000 rentable square feet and just under 8,000 square feet of retail space, is a vibrant and modern community of studio, one-, two-, and three- bedroom apartments in the heart of the Dadeland triangle of Miami, Florida. Located on 0.87 acres at the cross section of Miami-Dade's major transit systems and adjacent to Miami-Dade Metrorail's Dadeland North Station, Motion at Dadeland offers residents all the benefits of an urban lifestyle with easy access to Downtown Miami as well as popular entertainment destinations.
