13th Floor Investments acquired a portfolio consisting of five separate properties across South Florida, in December 2016 through a bankruptcy auction. Auction Portolio consists of a 16-acre commercial site, 37 developed, high-end, single-family lots, two continuous vacant waterfront intracoastal lots, two completed single-family homes, and a vacant waterfront intracoastal lot. All assets have been sold with, Fountains East, the most prized site situated at the busy intersection of Jog Road and Boynton Beach Boulevard, closing in March 2019.
